Our express delivery times are:
France and Belgium: 3-5 days
Canada: 5-12 days
United States and Canada: 7 - 12 days
Europe: 5 - 9 days
Latin America: 10 - 35 days
Other countries: 14 - 30 days
Some exceptions are to be expected.
Some countries with special customs procedures.
Our products will reach you, even if you are in a remote area! (but keep in mind that it will take a little longer).
The delivery times indicated are calculated from a quote based on the shipping date and taking into account the delivery time.
Incorrect delivery address, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures and various circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery time.
Please keep in mind that import duties and any other charges and taxes applicable outside of France are not factored into the item price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the Buyer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
Orders are shipped directly from our premises in France and they will do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Other countries may take approximately 1-6 weeks (varies by product) due to distance traveled and customs.
Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are estimates only.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS BLOCKED OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in customs, returned or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize!
The postal service is beyond our control.
However, in such cases, as the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are excluding taxes in EUR, which means that you may be liable for duties and taxes once you have received your order. Import taxes, duties and associated customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
